I received a Federal Express envelope on Thursady April 22, 2021, from Secret Shopper America. Enclosed I received a letter indicating I was to call (254) 263-1404 to confirm reciept of a check to cover my expense of $30 for products and $400 to perform a survey evaluation. The check total was $1,430.00, that was to be deposited through my bank ATM or mobile deposit or in person at my bank for verification. After deposit was made, I was to scan or snap copy of the deposit slip issued then attach to a report of survey via email or text to [email protected]. For the assignment I was to go to a either Wal-mart or CVS and purchase two $500.00 gift cards. After purchase of gift cards I was to open the package gently scratch or peel the sticker/label at the back of each card, then take a photo of each card front and back then attached it the evaluation report. The report outlined seven (7) items to be evaluated and five (5) factors were to observed during the observation. There were several gramatical errors and multiple formattting issues on the letter.
