found on ***********, which is a ******** page, a company that offers financing at 2%. This company is called SecoursPluriel.com. The man's name is ******* *****. It is located at ***  Rideau Street, Ottawa, Ontario, ******. His telephone number is ************. Its website is https://www.secourspluriel.com. His email addresses are ****************@gmail.com and [email protected]. I asked him for a financing loan in the amount of $ 31,000.00. So to start, I had to make him a Bank Transfer of $ 440.00 for the Opening of the file. So he sent me a copy of the contract so that I could sign this contract. He then asked me to make a second payment by Bank Transfer in the amount of $ 856.00 for Loan Insurance. So then I had to receive the financing loan. But he sent me an email to tell me that to get my financing loan I had to make another payment to him in the amount of $ 795.89 which was requested by ****** ********* ***** ******** ** ** ******. This amount was used for Transfer Activation and Bank Tax. So a third Bank Transfer that I made to him. There he told me that I would receive my money which will be deposited in my bank account at the ****** *********. But the next day I didn't have my money. I emailed her to tell her that I hadn't received my money. He replied by email that I had to make him a fourth payment for the Loan Guarantee. The amount requested was ($ 396.00 x 3) = $ 1,188.00 in total. This amount would be reimbursed to me at the end of the first year. But then I refused to pay him this amount because he told me that after paying him $ 795.00 that I had nothing more to pay him. So I asked her to cancel my loan request. His response was to ask me to pay him another payment of $ 298.00 for the Cancellation of a Loan Agreement and another payment of $ 390.00 for the Cancellation of Bank Transfer, for a total of $ 688.00. So I never wanted to make this other deposit. I made a Police report with the Police regarding ******* ***** on January 07, 2020.
