I keep receiving calls from this number every day at least multiple times a day.. well they have left 2 voicemails about my electric bill and I haven’t had an electric bill in year. Anyways I tried calling the number back and the picture I posted is what happens when I tried to call them back. I’ve never seen that EVER if I’ve called anyone.. so this is a scammer most likely trying to get information out of people to pay a FAKE electric bill.
