I ordered a Mariner’s jersey from this site for my husband for his birthday and it’s now been 3 weeks with the item still not received by USPS by the manufacturer. I’ve emailed the customer service email numerous times and I get a response from “Lola” telling me my item is delayed from CoVid. However the tracking number given has the item not even received by USPS (for the last two weeks). I’ve asked for a refund and it has not been honored even though they have a money back guarantee for 30 day returns. I am beyond frustrated by this “company”. They are obviously a scam!
