They are most definitely scammers. It's the same folks behind goboxseacan which is also a scam company that pretends to sell sea cans. Do not buy from seasurecans.com. They will ask for e transfers and never get back to you

I responded to a Facebook ad for seacans and was asked to provide my email address to be given a quote. A quote was emailed to me which seemed suspiciously inexpensive, and when I asked follow-up questions I was sent photos of "my" seacan which could be reverse-searched to their origin on another website. The seller claimed to be shipping from Kelowna, despite having a Winnipeg address listed. They requested 50% down-payment by etransfer, offering 5% off for full up-front payment. I cannot find their business registered or reviewed anywhere online.
