I received the attached email and responded with a phone call to 877-816-9063 (actual number on back of card) where I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. The person who answered the call asked for my card number and said that she would send me a text to verify me. She never sent the text and hung up. I received a phone call a few minutes later from Junction City, Tenn from (423-467-6460) asking for information. I hung up and looked up the number finding that it was Spam. The Citi Bank shop your way card website has been hacked and they are scamming people out of interest and hard earned money. I have been with Sears since 2014 and did not know that the Shop your way card connected to them was fraudulent. What do I need to do to protect myself? I have charges relating to them and now I know I need to just stop using this card for anything. I noticed that my monthly payments are different every month. I attached a copy of the chat I had with SEARs bot. Please help.
