Searched web for numbers or information to get issue resolved with Dryer repair under a protection agreement with Sears. Legitimate number was not giving me the answeres I needed and wanted. Person on phone ("Roland") at first was rude, that should have been my first clue. I was instructed to go to a local Lowe's store where I was to purchase a $500.00 gift card to enable me to get a free replacement dryer. He was presurring me to use a certain credit card to purchase the gift card. I did not follow through because it did not make sense what he wanted me to do.
