Sears is using vendors that they know are scammers. I purchased a pet bed on Sears.com and I never received it. I received two tracking numbers which was not for me, the packages went to two different cities and two different people. This was investigated by the US post office after sears stated that the reason I did not receive my package was the courier fault. They will charge you one thing and partially refund you back when you don't receive your item. Which gives off that they have giving you your money back but it's actually not the full refund.
