I thought I was ordering a piece of exercise equipment but it was only the cushion on top and the picture is very deceptive about what you are getting. Once I realized the deception, about an hour after ordering I called six different times to cancel the order and kept claiming that "their system was not designed to cancel orders" which is ridiculous. It is all a ploy to keep the customers money even if the customer has repeatedly expressed the desire to cancel the order. I will never ever order from this company again because of how frustrated I have been tryying to get my money back. I will have to go to the store after it has bern shipped and beg once again to get my money back. This is a ludicrous way to steal from the public. Frustrate the customer until they give up....which I refuse to do. I think this company should be sued for deceptive business practices and FRAUD!
