Purchased incline/decline bench and weights Jun 17 2020. Numerous emails back and forth. They even claimed to reship items and give 10-20 working days. That has since passed. (24 Sep 2020) I requested a refund and they state there will be 20% handling fee and shipping costs. Then they asked if they could offer me a $130 coupon to use at one of the two sites they provided ( one was for sports jerseys, other for sneakers) and I could not choose anything less than $130, or coupon could not be used. I ordered an incline/ decline bench with weights. I am not interested in jerseys or sneakers. And not going to purchase more items than what I have already spent.
