I have not received my order. It has been over 2 months since I purchased my item. I have emailed multiple times but the responses blame covid 19 for the order not arriving. No refund given.

My daughter ordered these cute stuffed seals babies. They have not arrived in a very long time. When she questions them they just say the orders are delayed by Covid-19.
