I messaged a person advertising a job on fb who gave me instructions to use an app to communicate with the chief of HR for an interview then have me an interview code to give them, once in the app the interview proceeded then was told to message at 9am the next morning, at 8am was messaged and told I was hired and then asked for pictures of my ID, social, and selfie. Then I was told to print a contract agreement about my employment, sign it, take a picture and message it back. Then was sent a email with a picture of a check front and back, told to print, cut, sign, send picture, then scan with my mobile back for office equipment. Then they wanted me to use a third party money app (ex cash app ) to buy the supplies from a company private vendor. They refused to answer what the name was of said vendor, had excuses of why they needed to use a third party app instead of regular debit card, no valid answer for why the company couldn't purchase equipment, got upset when I told them I wasn't doing any of that and that they were scammers and I was reporting them, then they called me a bunch of times then threatened me for stealing their money, then stopped contact all together. My bank account says altered check 3 days later and I'm very grateful I didn't touch any of that money... but my personal information is now with bad people and can be done with however they see fit because of the pictures asked for before realizing I was being scammed...
