When you order a product from Seafancy, they'll send you something cheap and poorly made and when you try to return it according to their return policy, you have to send them an email. They tell you not to return the item to the address it was sent from— you must attain the real address from them. They hesitate to give it to you, offering several weird alternatives. Once you make it clear you want a straight forward refund, they give you the address and ask for a tracking number. I followed their instructions to the letter. The same day I sent them my tracking number they immediately email me back that their address has changed and my swimsuit is coming back to me. The refund is supposedly coming. But a month passes and nothing. I reach out again, no response. They'll ghost you and you'll never see them make good on their so called "return policy."

I had purchased a few swimsuits from this company. After about 3 weeks I tried to contact them. They only had an e-mail. No phone number or address. I kept asking where the products were. They finally e-mailed me back reporting that nothing could be shipped because 2 of the items were out of stock. I said refund those 2 items and send the rest. No response for some time. I finally e-mailed again and said just refund me all the money and forget shipping any items. It was already past when I needed them anyway. They shipped the next day along with the items that were apparently out of stock. First it said it shipped from California, then China and then it changed for a third time and said it was from Indiana. It took about 2 weeks to ship those items. Received the items. I tried to return and get a refund. No response again. Finally they got back offering one thing but refused to give me the return address. I said no. They responded and offered another deal and coupons. I told them to try again. Finally after back and forth I got the address to some hole in the wall warehouse (I googled the address.) in New York that doesn't even look like it does business. ( I could be wrong but, something isn't right.) They refuse to respond to me now. Still no other contact info except an e-mail and they only e-mailed me back (when they did!) at 3:00 a.m.
