Same happened to me, bought a piece of Scuba gear through the Facebook adverts and was billed to Zbrush, Pixologic. I have now written to them. I also regard Facebook as having liability for this, since their claims of removal of misleading posts seem like drivel.

My Facebook account news feed was flooded with ads for a very interesting compact underwater breathing system sold by SCUB SNORKL. It appeared almost identical to an existing product, easily located on-line. I ordered it, and my credit card was charged by another apparently 'real' company, with N. America wide reach (Pixologic which retails Zbrush, a graphic design software), which never responded to my enquiries as to why they billed me for a product I did not order. However, I swiftly received a long distance phone call apparently from Pixologic, after reporting the apparent scam to Pixologic by email, asking for details of what I ordered and from what company, but who never explained why they charged me and never responded to repeated follow-up emails. I believe SCUB.CA is a totally fake company that might have hi-jacked a legitimate company's payment system. But the apparently real company (Pixologic) has never contacted me with an explanation for billing me for a product they do not sell. I Google-Earth searched the address of SCUB, and it's an apartment building, apparently under renovations, in Montreal Quebec.
