I cancelled this account and for some reason my account was charged again, I'm thinkn my account was hacked by this company that took my $ after I cancelled. I tried to go back in the account and it won't let me, so who is really stealing customers hard earned money?

I was scammed out of $119.00 from this so-called FREE CREDIT SCORE scam people. IF IT IS FREE, why are you stealing $39.90 every month from me without my express permission?

I was prompted by an online rental person to first click on the 'free credit score' site for only $1.00. I did so, but of course, there was the catch I did not see coming. These people have since that first encounter, been taking $39.90 out of my cash card. They said the 'quickest and easiest way to get my refund back' was to get a membership. Isn't that called extortion. So, I reluctantly got a membership ONLY to get my total of $119.00 refund. So far, they've only refunded me $39.90. THEY OWE ME A FULL $80.00.! There ought to be a LAW against THIS!

My account was charge $39.90 on the 8th of January. I called the name they had was not mine. So the canceled it and said they would refund my money. When I looked up my checking account I saw that my account was charged again for $39.90 on the 9th of January. Then I was refunded $39.90 on the 9th they still owe me $39.90 been on the phone for 50 minutes still nothing they said I was only charged once but as you can see by the picture I. Uploaded I was charge twice and one refunded one $39.90...

No she got hit for the exact same amount I got hit for and i spoke with them they were suppose to send me a refund and that was 3 weeks ago. Only when i said i would expose them to social media did they agreed to refund me. I know they are scammers and they will have their day in court.

They did not contact me but the did get my debit card information and have charged stuff to my bank account. The made it so I my house payment bounced. Plus fees. When I called the 8665876881 and I was on hole for a while then when I told the guy I did not sign up for any service I could not hear anything and I said hello five or six times and he would not answer me.
