I. Was hired by owner ***** Smith she told me I would get paid the table and work from home neither panned out. She told us we need to get money in the door to pay for our seat that was a daily speech. This is a collection agency. One of her employees been there 5 months and only hit her goal. They made her quit. She told me and another employee which was hired the same day I was that we were getting fired the next day. The owner ***** wasn't there the day we got fired. She had a collector not a manager to fire us. I was told and the other employee was told we had 90 days to build up file so we can hit our goal. Me and her only worked there for a month and a half. We didn't get notice and nothing in writing from renee
