Credit/Debit Card Unauthorized Purchase

I bought a $500 Vanilla Mastercard Gift Card, using a credit card, in person at Walmart for myself to use for small purchases in lieu of cash. I made in person purchases at Macy's, Cheesecake Factory and two (2) at Walmart. My next purchase paid a monthly health insurance premium by phone. Then, I immediately checked my gift card balance online. My health insurance transaction showed that it was pending. Nine (9) minutes after my health insurance payment there was an unauthorized purchase also pending for $299.88 to scottvillecamp.com. My remaining gift card balance was $.85. This website does not sell any goods or services. It is just a magnet to suck funds from credit and debit cards.
