Scottshihtzus website advertize shih tzu puppies. I was interested in Tyson, the very first puppy on the top left. They asked my name, email, phone, city&state, name of puppy and any message. The seller's name is Aram Habib. He sent me more pictures of Tyson and the cost of puppy ($650) and additional $50 if delivered to home (instead of at destination airport). He then asked for nearest airport, full name, full sddress, phone#, email address. He then sent me "sales Agreement" (seller is Johnsone's Family represented by Scott Findley and Marie Louis) and asking to pay $700 by either by cash app, Zelle, Western Union or mony gram. I transfered $700 to Aram Habib, [email protected] using Zelle. He then sent me a text saying his shipper will contact me. I received an email from shipper of Tyson saying due to Covid-19, I need to rent an electric crate for $1000 and $950 will be refunded at the time puppy delivery (by cash). Asking me to buy two $500 Amex Gift Cards, and send photo copies of cards and receipts. They took $1000 out of these two cards that night. Then the shipper send me another email asking me to pay "refundable" $1500 insurance since the puppy has no health insurance. The shipper's email address is [email protected]. The shipper said I get $950 back at the time of puppy delivery and $1500 back after having vet checked the puppy within 48 hours for health and found no health issue. By this time, I wanted to make sure Tyson does actually exist and is atually at the shipping airport (Atlantic City Int. Airport) waiting for shipment. By this time I was very much concered the health of Tyson being left at airport for shipment. During whole time of four days, I was exchanging texts with Aram Habib (the seller) and the shipper (he said he was a supervisor). I asked for the latest picture of Tyson either with the shipper or with the seller. I asked for the sipper's name, address but no response. By this time I was ready to fly to NJ to pick Tyson up so I asked if I could come and pick up Tyson. No response.I asked the seller what is his relationship with Scott Findley or Johnsone, no response. During the course, both shipper and the seller told me that unless I pay within 24 hours, the puppy will be put under Pets Abuse and Abandonment, and I will be fined and prosecuted.
