*** *** *** is a rental scam using false advertising to lure in potential renters. All of the websites dedicated to rental information state several amenities that they do not have. Such as, no working usable pool, no onsite manager, no emergency maintenance, no Internet, units NOT "recently remodeled", and appliances NOT "new". What they FAIL to tell you is that at least 90% of the 35 units are infested with bed bugs and roaches, and although "management" (or lack there of) is well aware of the issue, they fail to remedy the problem.
