They stated I owed $900 on a bank account from ten years ago to which I recall never having that had collected interest over time to the amount of 900
Due to breach of contract
Offered me to close out the debt for $600 today and I only had 30 minutes to make a desicion upon receiving an email that I requested to have the information on the bank account
They email did not have account information I requested only the agreement to pay the 600 today
after calling them back they threatened to sue me for 2200 and garnish my wages until paid
I continued to ask questions to confirm their validity as a company to which they replied that I was trying to avoid paying
I reassured them that if this was a legitimate debt I had no problem paying it I expressed my concerns on the claims being fraudulent due to the caller ID displaying "scam likely " to which they replied "that wasn't their problem" they informed me they would be at my job Tuesday to serve me my papers to take me to court
