Received a letter and check by mail claiming that I was randomly selected to win a sweepstakes prize. The letter stated I had won due to a recent purchase at a local store, online or vacation package purchased. A check for $5,590 was enclosed to pay the $5,500 non-residential tax. The instructions also stated to contact John Gibson to activate the claim. The letter was signed Robert Steinberg, Vice-President.
