Do not buy from scotclans.com. Tried to purchase a clan tartan cap from them. The transaction went through and the shop app reported the product was shipped. It never moved, was purchased on March 24th, it is June 7th with no product or refund. I waited some time for this product then sent them a message about where the product was at. Should t have to check email frequently, shouldn’t have to after a purchase, just need the receipt. Two months later they send a message that they said they don’t have the product and there is an ancient tartan they can send. We said fine send it. No response, didn’t hear anything. Asked again, they send a fake tracking number that still hasn’t moved or been dropped off at Royal Mail or usps. After over two weeks of them saying it was shipped. Good thing this was purchased through PayPal as there are protections through them and they investigate. Questioned them about the shipping and they responded with don’t shop here again. Normally, in a situation like this if a company doesn’t have a product or are out of stock, you just get a refund. Not here, you get bad mouthed and they keep your money. Don’t shop at scotclans.com
