My name is **** *****; my mom ****** ******** ordered the sciatica cushion from this website. On 4/21 my Dad ******* ******** received an email stating the cushion had shipped - no tracking or estimated delivery date. Several days passed and I went to the website and sent a chat about our issue; no response at all. There is no phone number to call and as of today 4/27; no cushion delivery. I am trying to attach a copy of my chat; I also have a copy of the coming soon email. Hopefully; you can access the chat pdf. given the delays and no responses; my Dad called his credit card company and stopped the charge.
