It is a legitimate looking website for custom made car parts, they have everything in order but I ordered a custom steering wheel 6 months ago. Way past their “estimated shipping time” I have emailed them every month multiple times since ordering and I have gotten zero emails back. I have gotten the live chat during “operating hours” twice and the first time they only told me it’s “still being worked on” and the second time they flat out told me they can’t help me because they don’t know anything and I just have to wait. I started looking deeper into the company and started finding others that have been scammed by this company. They never got their orders, are never able to contact anyone and if they do they are met with rude costumer service. They purposely put their estimate delivery times past the return policy’s for a lot of 3rd party companies like affirm etc. And for banks so that when you get suspicious of not receiving the item you ordered and go to try and dispute the purchase it’s too late for a lot of companies to do anything for you.
