I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend on July 24th 2023. I gave this to her for her birthday the first week of August. When clicking on the link to claim the gift, the site had trouble loading. She continued to try for a week following this, with no success. She reached out to the business via email, as did I and we received no response. I reached out 2 more times since then and still have received no response and the gift cannot be claimed. A company with a similar name, Scentcrafters, spoke with me and notified me that they have received multiple complaints from customers of Scentcraft who mistake their (legit) business for this scam.
