I signed up for the sentbird "scam" where they tell you it only costs $8.95 a month for prescription and receive two small sample Viles of cologne each month but what actually happens is after you authorize a $8.95 transaction they then start chagrining ~$30 bucks a month for these two little viles of cologne. ther website is misleading and you can not find anything about the price of this service anywhere (im sure its in some fine print somewhere) but a business that makes money by using sinister "fine print" tactics needs to cease to exist or restructure their business to make money in an honest way!!!! come to find out this has been going on for a long time and many of my friends have already fell for the sentbird "scam" but i will make sure no more do as i will surely spread the word of these unsavory tactics used by sent bird and many other subscription based services!!!

My daughter signed up for a membership $9.95, but then cancelled.

When she logs into website it says no account, no pending transactions, no order history. Yet despite not having an account they charged her credit card 28.62 (not the agreed amount).

I have sent multiple emails to no avail.

Buy beware you cannot cancel youe scentbird account.

I tried getting the phone number from various online sources and just ending up with either a disconnect line or someone trying to sell me a Walmart gift card for $100 and trying to take my personal information/credit card info. Then after explaining to the operator that I just want to be connected to the scent bird people she then told me she would do that after I give her my info. I once again told her no I just need to talk to some one from Scentbird please she then hung up on me. Strange is this a scam or what ?
