This company has taken money from multiple people, and I mean a lot! You sign up for your subscription and then it still says processing for over a month. They do not offer refunds when you cancel so they state that they will ship your last product and then cancel your next order. However, no one even receives the product that they paid for. Therefore that is $10 for nothing. This is happening a lot and you can see the multiple comments by the hundreds on their Facebook about it. Not everyone is receiving the product so I don’t know if they just can’t afford to ship to everyone so they scam a lot of us into paying and then not shipping the product.

Scentbird bills itself as a legitimate subscription service. However, once they get your money nothing ever arrives from them. They generate a shipping number, but never drop the shipment. They then blame the shipper and promise to resend, yet they never do. Company has no phone number and does not respond to email or social media.
