I purchased the product online. It was supposed to be just for a trial sample of a weight loss pill. I never realized that they charged me 86.91, until I received my October bank statement. I called them and told them I was not interested in their product. They credited my account October 9th. Then on the same bank statement, I was charged again for 86.91. But this was from another company. I have called this company and talked to customer service 5 times now. Every time I call I get told that my account will be credited. They keep saying that they will refund me in 7-10 days. Yet it never happens. I even spoke to a supervisor with no results. I have never received anything from either company. This first company NTC Fit Max Slim must have given or sold my account info to this Cabrera Health.
