Offer to refund money from computer sevice i have never used, i have only ever used Norton, they then want access to my computer by remote link to verify, i say no thanks then hang up. Get call back about once a week, now i just tell them i do not own a computer and never have. Different phone #'s.

Starts off by offering to refund money from a fraudulent computer protection company. First time this happened i informed them the only company i have ever used is Norton. They then informed me they neede to access my computer remotely to verify i hung up. Now i get a call about once a week different phone # and i just tell them i do not own a computer and never have. Funny they always ask me if i am sure.
