Scammers Hacked my Verizon wireless account

They called from a fake Verizon fraud dept saying someone hacked my account, changed my name email and address, purchased iPhones in my name and said they were being shipped to this other person. The “verizon” fraud agent then “verified” who I was and reset my account back to me including having me verify by second authorization code sent to my phone number. I was then told the fraud division was intercepting the shipment to this other person somewhere in NC (I am in Colorado) , rerouting it to me in Colorado and that I was to return the iPhone to them with the return label they emailed me. I was sent a return label to my email a couple days later. The iPhone was charged to my account. After MANY calls to Verizon to get the phone charges removed from my account- they informed me they don’t have the phone- it was a scam and it is my responsibility to pay for the phone as it’s not “fraud”. I’m still fighting this with Verizon today.

They called from a fake Verizon fraud dept saying someone purchased iPhones in my name and said they were being shipped to me and told me to return them. Sent me a return label, had me reset my Verizon code and got on my account and charged me for the iPhone.
