I was called by a Publisher's Clearing House imposter claiming that I won $10 million dollars. They tried to convince me to wire them $9300 to cover the taxes and processing before I receive the prize. I told them if they are rich enough to give me $10,000,000, why do I need to pay them anything? I also informed them that the real Publishers Clearing House does not ask winners to pay anything. PCH doesn't inform winners by phone. I told them I will report them as a scam. The scammer abruptly hung up. Sorry, I did not save the phone number of the scammer to report to you.
