I called to get help with my Skype account I when was told that I had been hacked and that in order to fix the problem I had to purchase an iTunes card and send them it in the amount of 100.00 first and then I was told that it was not successful that it couldn’t be resolved because I didn’t have the global internet security program that the computer hacker program was advanced I needed to send more money to buy that program and it would cost me 299.99 which is three 100.00 iTunes cards and I needs to copied and emailed to ([email protected]) to them and that I shouldn’t worry it had not been my fault they see what is happening so I would get full refund in two hours they know there it came from I didn’t see any program update nor the refund so I called back and I was told that I need to go and purchase another item and I then told them I wasn’t and I was not satisfied with them he then said I then wouldn’t get my refund back and then I was locked out of my computer I took it to Best Buy (geek squad) and that’s when I was told that I had been scammed and they are the hackers of my computer and that my hard drive was damage then online sence then I’ve have been called and told that they can unlock the computer and in order to get refunded I have to pay another 300.00 I didn’t receive the services promised I still have problems with the skpe account and I have losted all my computer files pictures music and etc total cost would be almost 1000.00. Please help and avoid this from happening to anyone else.
