Ordered a Jacket. Read the full description, and the reviews. Looked at the size chart and based on measurements ordered a large jacket. After receiving the jacket in the wrong size, I contacted the Business via phone #. This is an automated answering machine that says there are no people working in an office to EVER take your call due to covid and all inquiries are only via email to the support email. The jacket had tags in it in Chinese, no English tags with sizes. The jacket is a small based on the measurements. After contacting them, they said there is nothing they will do as it is a sale item and that they tell you to size up. I went back on the website, and they have NOW added a disclaimer that was not originally there about sizing up. they changed the site! Even so, the size chart does not match the measurements of the actual jacket. The company will not do anything about misrepresentation and is not accessible to talk to a customer service rep. The scammed me out of $120. No refunds, no exchanges, no acceptance of responsibility for advertising the wrong sizes.
