I ordered a bicycling garment from garneaushoip.com on September 1, 2022. I thought it was the Louis Garneau official website (official website is garneau.com). After I placed the order my credit card was charged $48.45 ($43.95 + $4.49 international fee). I tried canceling the order but the email address is bogus and the emails bounced. There's no phone number to call. Using Google Maps the address shown on the website appears to be someone's home. I did contact the official Louis Garneau customer service and they are aware of this scam but have been unsuccessful in getting it shut down. I have filed reports with FBI, IC3, and ecommerce as well as a claim with my credit card company. At the end of September I received a package that contained a piece of cheap costume jewelry that was shipped from a location in Ohio. It is not the item I ordered. Using Google Maps it appears to be sent from a possible warehouse located in Cincinnati, OH.

Side note: I'm a pretty savvy internet shopper but they got me on this one
