We were contacted via email to provide an estimate for a person posing as the homeowner. This person provided all information to us required including address, photos, budget and detailed information about the home. Upon arriving at the house to look at it we were met by the actual homeowner who is currently in the process of re-modeling the house. He was unaware of any demo requests and has been provided with all of our correspondences with the scammer.
