Purchased through Instagram website.

Company said my order was “stuck in customs”. After I saw it was shipped from China I should have known it was a scam. They said they would send a replacement. It’s false tracking information they’re sending me.

My family and I are looking for a golf cart for our new retirement home and this website was suggested to my father. He put in some details for a sales person to reach out to him. They wanted us to send the money as a deposit because 'they are selling fast'. I then called the number to see where the store front is located and they hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone after I called multiple times. I believe this is a scam and I believe they are praying on the elderly.

Ordered truck lettering. Received emails about product movement to ship, advising ship movement, and 4-8 week delivery. Never received product . Should have realized 3 tailgate letters would not be on a cargo ship. Called number but always busy
