I think I just got a spam message via Facebook's messenger from someone who just requested to be my friend. I knew a person by this name so I accepted the friend request and immediately got this message: "I got $150,000 from the Federal Government department of Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) in association with facebook delivered to me by UPS at my door step. Its an ongoing program, They are helping people

(the youths, retired, disabled and Old) did you claim and get yours from them yet?"

I doubt this is legitimate. Please advise
