Usually vigilant about screening unknown callers, I was caught off guard, as I answered a hands-free, call while driving. The caller simply said, "Hi, Victor?" Reflexively, I answered, "Yes?" then, after a few seconds of silence, the caller disconnected. I, immediately "redialed, the last caller." A voice recording identified the business as some kind of "window replacement" company, and gave an option of, "Press '1' to get a quote," or, "press '3' to decline." I pressed '3' and hung up.
