Alphaeon credit paid the dentist office $4,500.00 for a estimated cost of $6,010.00 for total extractions of my remaining 19 teeth. I purchased dental insurance through my retirement with PERS before any work was done. The dentist and I agreed that a full mouth extraction could be avoided by saving all of my teeth except 3. My insurance paid for a set of partials, cleaning and crowns totaling aprox. $4,848.00. Parkview says I owe them an additional $1,500.00. When I questioned their billing practices they told me they did't know how the billing dept. works and tried to convince me I was wrong.
