I was made aware that my bank account was over drafted, from a company called savings makes money, $87 was taken out including overdraft fees. I called the company and the cust Rep wanted my bank information again, she refused to return any money and refused a supervisor. I was then hung up on twice. After being hung up the first time I called back and the same Rep answered the call, she proceeded to refuse a supervisor and hung up on me again after I refused to speak to anyone but someone in charge.
