Ordered an item from an ad seen on social media. Was sent a tracking number but showed delivered to Carrollton, GA. Iive in Georgia but not Carrollton. Contacted customer service for a refund. No refund is issued. Customer service states a replacement will be sent but gives no updated information about timeline when the replacement item will be delivered.
