I ordered off of the "free" Facebook giveaway, and paid the shipping cost of $7. It says that time to wait is 30 to 40 days. It has been over 50 days, and they are avoiding my questions. Their answers are vague, or directing me to FAQs. The product hasn't even shipped from their warehouse. This business needs to be shut down for fraud.

Looking on various other websites, this has happened to tons of other people as well. This company is not a true company, and should not be treated as such.

The website mentioned above promote free items only charges for shipping. They say it takes up to 40 days due to back order, they ignore any communications once the time window has passed. They have done this to several people and Facebook has ignored everyone with a complaint due to the company paying the social network for advertisement so Facebook is just as complicit.

save our oceans states that their selling jewelry to save the oceans. I ordered an item 2 months ago and have messeged them several times about the status of my order and have heard nothing.
