I made a purchase online with what appeared to be Savage Fenty by Rihanna and I called to cancel the monthly membership on December 21, 2020 however, my card was charged the monthly membership fee on January 9, 2021. When I called to inquire about why on January 26, 2021 the representative kept saying I had a “different email on file” but, she would not confirm which email, I only have 3 email addresses and she claimed all 3 were not correct, even the one tied to my card account that they charged which I then, suspected was fraudulent. I asked her could she not verify any other information such as billing and/or shipping information since I had made a purchase from the company and she kept saying, no, she could only verify an email address yet, none of my actual email addresses could be “verified” by her. I think this is a scam company perhaps posing as Savage Fenty and high jacking bank accounts. I am contesting the charge with my bank as at first she claimed she couldn’t see that I had any account, but, when I mentioned that I had made a purchase and have the merchandise to prove it, that’s when she switched the story to this whole “I can’t verify your email information” bit. If this is how Savage Fenty operates, I would suggest staying away.
