Purchased candles that help remove ear wax from your ears .... after a few weeks I contacted them about where my package is and they replied saying things are taking longer than usual due to COVID... so I waited another month and a half so almost 2 months since I placed my order... tried contacting again and there links to the website lead to error pages and the emails send a generic auto response now.... I have no means to contact them and there not reaching out to me I got lied to out of my hard earned money
