Purchased items costing $120; and paid $30 for shipping. Received tracking 2 days later. When pack didnt arrive in 3 days as stated, I contacted sender. Was told to contact shipping company. Was then sent an email from the shipping company saying i had to pay $229 for an insurance certificate in order for my package to be removed from “hold” and sent to me. This information was not stated on the website under shipping tag. There is no indication anywhere on the website that a package from PA/NJ would require an insurance certificate for delivery. And, the payment was also only allowed via non reversible applecash or zelle. I informed sender that I am not paying $270 for a package to be delivered when none of these charges were outlined, mentioned etc on the website. Sender refuses to resend items or refund my payment.
