I was called by solicited on the phone after they claimed that my daughter registered with them at school (this was a lie). They offered free SAT/ACT testing materials. I did not consult with my daughter, and I gave them my credit card number as a deposit to borrow the materials and once I reviewed it and used it, they stated that I could send it back. They never told me that there was a 30 day trial period. My card was charged $216.32. Then a recurring charge of $69.95 was applied for 6 months before I caught it. Now my CC company is telling me when the merchant provides evidence of authorization I will loose the dispute. Other complainers have stated they will fabricate the authorization.....so I will lose. I called them and they now hang up or do not return my calls. Not sure its worth it to get an attorney involved, but that's next.

Upon doing research, I have found multiple company names and addresses, and with the several toll free phone numbers. They use the name "College Preparation", "College Prep Foundation", "Collegelevelexam.org", "Universitycollegetesting.org", "University Prep", "SATACTtesting.org", "ABC's for SAT/ACT", "SAT/ACT Scholastic Achievements". They have several PO boxes in Rancho Cucamonga - PO Box 9482; PO Box 903; PO Box 83. They have PO Boxes in Alta Loma - PO Box 9473 and PO Box 9352; they use PO Box 3944 in Ontario, CA and they several street addresses - 1919 Austin Court, Claremont, CA 91711-2822 and 10737 Laurel Street #120, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. I researched on ScamPulse.com and all of their companies under the name "SAT ACT Scholastic Achievement" has 53 negative complaints and a F rating on all 5 companies. They are the biggest scammers - don't ever give your credit card number to any telemarketer! I am still waiting for a resolution with my Bank.

In October I received a phone call from SAT ACT Educational Testing insisting my son had ordered DVDs for college placement testing. I was told I needed to give them my credit card information to receive the educational DVDs my son had ordered. I was told they needed my credit card number to put a "hold" on my card but if I returned it before 30 days, I would not be charged. I gave them my credit card number and was charged immediately. I called the next day to have the ordered canceled and was told they would cancel it and refund my money. Instead, they shipped the DVD's next day air. I was then told by the company that I could return them and would be immediately refunded. I then shipped them back with a return receipt on it. They received the DVDs on November 30, 2016, however, the company still did not refund my money. I called again and was told they were able to locate the returned item and would expedite my refund. It has been 2 weeks and I still have received a refund. I contacted the company again today and was told they would look into for me.
