ICED Program Payback

I received a Facebook messenger text at 5:17 am today from Sarah McArdle telling me about this awesome program that I might qualify for and forwarded me the link. Later today I opened the link and followed the directions after they said I qualified. Then they forwarded my list of options which included paying fees of $500 for a check for $30,000 and options up to $4,000 for a check for $350,000. This came from Attor Williams.
