After months of trying to get her to do our pictures so we could send the save the dates out by the holidays, she finally responded in DECEMBER after we had left her messages saying we were going to rip her a new one on social media if she didn’t get in contact soon. We booked a day in Annapolis which is like an hour away for my fiancé and i, we got there and she canceled. She sent some other guy in her place, who clearly did not know what he was doing, got the photos back and hated them (bc he wasn’t a real photographer)
Another couple of months go by and we notice her socials start disappearing, we got in contact with her so we could meet at the venue before the wedding and my mom said i hated my save the date photos and what can she do about it. Sarah said she would be willing to redo the photos for free on the day we would meet at the venue
The day before the new photoshoot she cancels again, (????????)
I text her asking her when she can redo my pics, she gives me a couple of days or whatever and i decide then that i can’t trust her and don’t want her doing my wedding. My mom texts her the next day saying like we’re canceling and we want our money back and we never heard from her again.
She was completely uncommunicative from the beginning and it only got worse. We basically had to beg her to do our engagement photos and she still didn’t even do them. I have talked to at least 6 other brides she has scammed out of thousands of dollars or is not returning photos she has taken.
