I purchased a dress from Sarah Ashley Studio 7/5/22. Once I added item to cart I received an email about a discount (10%) off first purchase. I also received text with discounts and communication about shipping 4 weeks after order.

It has been over 5 and I’ve reached out for updates and have not received any responses. I got online today to see that many people have had the same experience. Late items, items that never arrive and no refunds. Their Instagram and Facebook pages linked on their website are no longer active. It looks like I’m out $106.25 for a dress and now have to purchases something else for a wedding I was needing the dress for.
