We saw his ad on the internet and talked to the co-owner about renting the property. We signed the contract, sent the $2200 for 1st month rent and security deposit. Says he is out of state and once the funds are deposited in the account, he will send the keys with tracking number. He gave us the tracking number and couple days later he says that there are problems and will need more money to rectify the problem.
